I am currently in therapy for an addiction to Freyne's Grillworst. You know how it goes. I tried one just to see what it was like. Pretty soon I was buying two or three per visit. But that's cool. I'm was in control and I could stop whenever I liked. Couldn't I? I'm now buying them twelve at a time and having to get special orders made up for me. I hide them around the house when friends and family visit but they know there's something wrong. I'm thinking of moving to Brugge so I can satisfy my cravings more easily. It's a vicious spiral. Somebody help me!

Ik woon in de buurt en kom hier al frequent iets kopen, toch krijg ik steeds het gevoel dat ik de zoveelste klant ben dat ze snel willen afhandelen. Ook al staat er bijna geen volk in de winkel. Geen hallo of bedankt en tot ziens. De producten zijn wel lekker, maar daar betaal je natuurlijk wel voor. Als de smaak niet goed had gezeten gaf ik maar één ster.

We found this place by accident but I seriously suggest you search it out. This Traiteur is just out of the main area and contains every imaginable meat and cheese you could think of. We wanted to buy lots of small amounts of different things to try and the staff were fantastic!!! They explained all the cheeses and meats and made up a selection of local meats and cheeses that were delicious. They also stock lots of ready to heat up and eat meals, as well as salads. We bought a dish of Flemish Stew which was delicious. I only wish we had found this place earlier in our trip!!!!!

Just around the corner from our Air B and B was this wonderful shop with meats, prepared dishes, salads, and everything you would expect from a top notch deli. We bought salads and lasagna for dinner one night, and stuff for picnics other days. Wonderful

This is actually a very high end butcher shop that also has great food to take out. We stayed in an apartment in Brugge and brought several dishes back to our room. The salads were great and the packaged dinners were high quality and tasty. One can also buy deli meats by the kilo. Prices were reasonable compared to restaurants and friendly help; although not strong with English.

We stopped in not knowing what to expect. They have a wide selection of hot and cold appetizers, meats and cheeses, olive oils. We tried three cold appetizers, honey bread with pate, a potato cake with salmon roe, and a aspic with salmon and quail egg. My husband had thin slices of spanish ham and a truffle cheese.

Pour quelques Euros, possibilité de choisir des petites portions de différentes salades, de langoustines, de poisson, de poulet, de légumes. Vaste choix de formage et charcuterie. Tout ce que j'ai goûté était délicieux De quoi faire un excellent repas à prix modique dans sa chambre d'hôtel.

Looking for lunch that was not the usual mega inflated fare in what is a honeypot. Came across this delicatessen offering a huge of array of mouthwatering delights. We settled for an enormous slab of deep quiche and salad, both did nor disappoint. This is not a restaurant but there is a park nearby. We even kept the serving boxes as they were of such good quality.
