Why I switched for online shopping? I wanted to by some spare parts for my lawnmower. It broke down on Saturday evening, no problem, I will get it on Monday. Grrr, the shop has moved. Go to the new location, grrr they are closed on Monday's. No problem, I come back on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I arrived at the shop, I stood 5 minutes at the counter, the customer service guy completely ignores me, he is busy typing emails. Another staff member passes by at least he nods his head acknowledging my presence but quickly enters his office without offering help. I am still the only customer in the shop waiting for somebody to help me. After a few more minutes I leave. Try to follow the signs towards the exit but my road is blocked by presumably company vehicles, so I have to turn back and exit the wrong way. At home, I ordered everything comfortably in 10 minutes, it will be delivered tomorrow. I think with this lousy customer service it totally doesn't make sense to waste your time.
