DO NOT buy from this company. Do NOT work with this company. My newly built house has: defective solar convertor; 50% of outer doors and windows badly placed; broken toilet drainage (shit came back out through the downstairs toilet); defective bath drainage; incorrectly placed shower rod; leaking rainwater pump; defective bath water tap, water leaked into the wall; And the list goes on. The other houses in the project all have similar problems. This company does not respond to emails and threaten that if you go to court they will drag it out and you will not see any money in the end. Contacting subcontactors directly mostly gets me the same response. They refuse to do any further work until they are paid. The only thing remarkable about this company is their level of incompetence.
